Melanie is a C-level executive, executive coach, speaker, and consultant with over 30 years of experience supporting leaders, organizations, and communities in transition. She is also a woman in long-term recovery, a mother, and someone who knows the cost of silence and the power of voice.

Melanie is also in the process of publishing a book about her own emotional neighborhood and writes from deep personal understanding of adversity, which she considers her superpower. She uses this lens in her coaching practice to help leaders confront the hard questions, challenge narratives that no longer serve them, embrace ambiguity, and find the boldest version of themselves.

Her current work centers around emotional honesty, personal agency, and compassionate disruption. This is her first podcast, and she is writing her first book.
